How do I place my custom phone case order?

Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes, from time to time. You may be required to enter a promo code at checkout to receive your discount. Please check our homepage to see if we are currently running a special.

I want to give a custom case as a gift. Will the price I paid to be seen by the recipient?

A: No, the price paid will not be included in the shipment or seen by the recipient. To give as a gift, just specify the receipt’s address in the shipping details at checkout.

How do I track my package?

A: You'll receive a shipping notification via email when your order ships.If your order is trackable, we'll provide the tracking number in that email.

You can click on our Order Status on our homepage to find the real-time update of your shipment.

If your tracking has stalled or is delayed, please contact the shipper directly for more information and give it at least two-three weeks before contacting our support team for help with a delayed order. Unfortunately, we do not get more information about tracking than you receive via the tracking link we provide in your shipping confirmation email.

What happens if my case is damaged during shipping?

A: Although we’ve very proud of our protective packaging, sometimes accidents do happen. If your case is damaged during shipping, we’ve happy to provide you with a replacement case for free. Please contact us for details about how to return your damaged package and custom case.

How long will it take for my product to be created for custom phone cases and when will I receive it?

A: For most orders, we need just 3 business days to produce your personalized product. Once your transaction is complete, your item will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking number if your order is trackable.

What kind of photos can I use on my custom case?

A: As long as you have a personal digital photo of sufficient resolution and quality in JPEG format on your device, you can use them on your mobile phone or device cover.

Do I have to personalize my new mobile phone or device?

A: Of course not! Every case is custom to you whether or not it’s personalized with your monogram initial or name. All our designs can be ordered without personalization – simply choose your favorite pattern, color, and case style and then, place your order.

Is your site secure?

A: Absolutely! We use a secure server to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information, and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product for that order. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Can I combine my referral or promo code with a site-wide discount?

Do You have a return policy?
