Every custom phone case from is printed-to-order at our trusted printing partner facilities. All our products involve some production time in addition to the time they take to ship.

Depending on the product you order, we will ship your product using the U.S. Postal Service, DHL, or local postal services for international orders. When a carrier provides us with tracking information for your order, we will also send you an email with your shipping tracking number when your order ships.

For custom phone cases, it normally takes 10-14 business days. For accessories, it normally takes 14 to 21 business days for the United States. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days.

However, to COVID-19, delays can happen. Although we ship your order and provide the tracking number with 24 hours, it is the shipping carriers and the government who decide when to deliver your order.

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information, and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

For accessories, simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Find your model and style of your phone case, then click on 'Create Custom Phone Case.' Click the Upload image button and select your photo. You can enlarge it or rotate the picture until it fits the way you want it. Keep adding until you love the design. Optionally you can add some text. Click on Add to Cart. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

For accessories, absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.

For custom phone cases, we can't refund it (See our refund policy page) or if not satisfied with the designs. Since all products are custom made. See our 100% Quality Satisfaction Guarantee for damaged items and shipping policy for cancellation of an order after we have produced/shipped it.

Payments made on your credit card will show "DIGITALPHONESTORE.COM". Paying your order with a PayPal account will show "ADRIVECOMP".

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct the shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.
